**Temporary Policy Updates In Regards to COVID-19**
When does my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 days of being placed- however- due to recent progression and closures of COVID-19 - customers may see a delay in shipping. All orders will be shipped ASAP and should any order be negatively effected you will receive notification regarding the delay.
What is your return policy?
Due to the current status of COVID-19 we will not be accepting returns for any reason until further notice. Please reach out to us prior to making a purchase should you have any questions and always check the size chart for fit before placing an order.
But what if my item doesn't fit?
We recommend to -ALWAYS- check the size chart included in the product photos or description to make sure that the size you order will work for you. Different brands and different styles can mean that you may wear a varying size in some of our products - so always double check.
My size isn't listed on a certain product... what does that mean?
If you do not see your size available it typically means that size has sold out in that style. Please reach out to our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org to check if there will be a restock or if we might be able to special order that item for you. Most of our items are limited and once they are sold out - they are gone!
Wait, WHAT? What do you mean your items are limited?
It is our mission to keep the shop stocked with fun and unique clothing and other items. That means that we are constantly ordering new and exciting items for you, our customer! Many of our items are limited run at the time that we order them - so we always recommend grabbing it before it is gone for good!
Do you EVER restock items?
Of course! Many times, if an item is a "best-seller" we will order a re-stock, but even -WE- never know what the best-selling items will be! Let us know what you would like to see restocked again - the more requests we get for an item, the higher the chance will be that we will stock it again.
I live in another country! Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Please send us an email letting us know what items you are interested in and where we would be shipping the order to and we will be happy to get you a quote.
